Most people think of YouTube as a place for people to place how-to videos and fun videos, or as a place for previews for new music videos from their favorite musicians.
Rarely do we consider YouTube for professional development. However, the video social media application that allows anyone to upload and share videos, has a wealth of powerful how-to and other videos, like those here at Learn it in 5, that serve teachers and administrators, as professional development tools, both in the classroom and during educational training sessions.
The excellent movie short at this link, for example, can be used as a discussion starter in a professional development session on ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
