Many of you have been following my recent posts on districts -- mainly mine -- that block social media and other useful Web 2.0 applications. Early this week, I blogged, Please unblock Twitter, basically asking readers if they had any ideas for getting my district administrators to unblock Twitter from our network firewalls.
I received a few excellent comments on that post and many good suggestions on my Twitter account.
Although Twitter is still blocked, I must say things are getting better. Wallwisher was recently unblocked, which was very exciting.
Perhaps we're heading in the right direction.
