Did confusion sink the Titanic?

Jumping off point: If students are researching arguably the world's most fantastic disaster, the sinking of the Titanic, this video is a marvelous discussion starter. The CBS report reveals the possibility that poor communication of a crucial steering command may have ultimately doomed the Titanic. The video also contains excellent footage of the Titanic before it sailed, as well as wreckage along the floor of the Atlantic.
