The CBS news video below suggests that students' learning will improve if they increase movement and exercise, just before academic activities. Take a look.
As the teacher in the video says, for decades educators have been encouraged to keep students in their seats, in an obvious effort to avoid chaos.
In light of this new evidence, though, teachers must now ask, Should students get up from their computers -- at least for a minute or two?
