Your students are probably blogging, maybe contributing to wikis and maybe creating cool picture portfolios, using programs like Flickr or Picassa. These are engaging activities, of course, and you should continue to have students use these powerful Web 2.0 applications.

If you're not doing so already, though, you may want to consider going the next step and combining Web 2.0 applications in the classroom. So, if you are using a classroom blog and your students have blogs, you might want to have them create a podcast, using something like Voki, and embed it on their blog.

Oh, and you might consider teaching students how to use these tools by creating your own screencast. Take a look at this model video that I use with my students, teaching them how to make a slide show and place it on their wiki-hosted web site.

Then, leave a comment sharing what Web 2.0 strategies you use in your class.
