How-To Videos for the
technology classroom

Monday, August 9, 2010

The 2010 Reform Symposium, an online conference for teachers, hosted some of the brightest experts in the profession sharing information on various uses of technologies and Web 2.0 applications in the K-12 classroom.

Richard Byrne, editor of the edtech blog, Free Technology for Teachers, featured inthe Digital Classroom Strategies post, What's in your reader, presented several powerful Web 2.0 applications, including the slide show below on Google tools.

Although we are a how-to video site, this is a slide show and will require some clicking (sorry for the inconvenience). Google docs, Google books and Google maps are some of the amazing Google tools for education that teachers worldwide are beginning to use regularly. If you've been hesitant to join these progressive educators, this informative presentation will help.

You can learn more about the Reform Symposium here. Thanks to Richard Byrne for this powerful presentation.
